Mr. Burns has dumped toxic waste under trees in the park and is forced to pay $3 million fine. Everyone in Springfield is thinking about how to use the funds. Lyle Langely, a traveling salesman suggests or convinces them to build a monorail but Marge is against the project. When the monorail completes, her reservations are showed correct.
